Several years ago I was warned to stay away from behind-the-neck workout routines and movements, and do you suppose I listened? Of course not.
And in consequence, I acquired a rotator cuff injury that slowly will get worse and worse over time.
It’s typically mentioned that it’s a lot smarter to be taught from the mistakes of others than to have to endure the results yourself. I might say that I agree with that.
