Generating money online with niche marketing blog sites — effortless tactic to roll in and to create quite a nice cash flow. While I will be covering each of points listed below in further detail, I chose to lay out the general steps, a blueprint if you want, I use in creating a niche marketing weblog so you may have an idea of how to begin.

1. Choose a keyword to work. I most often look for long tail terms or associated terms that get decent, but not extremely competitive, search traffic from Google. I can possibly use free tools, such as Google Adwords, or paid tools, for example Keyword Elite, to locate these niches. Remember I’m targeting buying keywords, keywords which will make money online, and not keywords that appeal to information seekers.

 2. Determine the monetization potential for the keyword which you choose. Is this a keyword which I could use to earn money online? Is that keyword works fine for Adsense traffic? What about eBay affiliate traffic? Is there a ClickBank product that will work? Whenever I can’t locate a potential method which will generate income for me, I’ll test a different keyword.

 3. Examine the competition. I’m searching for niches where there isn’t a large amount of competition where I can potentially take the #1 position in Google without tons of work. Once again, free tools, similar to SEOQuake, and paid tools, like SEO Elite, may help with this research.

 4. Select a domain/site. This can certainly take many forms. I can buy a new .com domain. I may buy a pre-owned domain. I may use a subdomain on an existing site that I own. I can simply create a Blogger blog or alternative free site. It definitely depends on the amount of money I want to invest in the keyword at the start.

 5. Create a website and content for it. I will make about 8-10 articles for the website which are centered around the keyword. The titles and the content are optimized for this keyword. The articles, while not literary prize material, are readable and mildly informative. After that build links to the newly produced site by submitting articles to the major article directories.

 6. Get the Affiliate product to sell it online. You can find many different routes you can easily take with affiliate products. You can always find all types of good affiliate products to promote on your site here:

- ClickBank
- Commission Junction (CJ)
- Amazon
 - SFI
 - CB Engine 

When picking an affiliate product be certain that you do a background check on the product first. The worst problem that could happen is you earn a nice commission and pay day roles around and there is no paycheck in your email.

 7. Build a list. Now that is a method which isn’t used by many people at all and that is one of the most profitable. Only imagine having a list of 100,000 people that are all interested in the niche of your site and you may email them any time you wish.
