Do you mean How did I quit…It was very difficult at first…I would get a few days dry but I was very unhappy…But I finally hit my emotion & physical bottom & I was ready…Until your broken & willing to admit you can’t do this on your own I don’t believe you will have much success…I had to be willing to turn my life over to the care of my higher power who to me is Jesus Christ…Then I let Him lead me down the road to recovery…All I can say is “One day at a time” I couldn’t quit any other way…It is a simple program…Alcoholics Anonymous…But it is not easy…But if I can do it…Anybody can…
