When coping with anxiety symptoms, you encounter problems that friends and family member around you don’t realize. Maybe you’re heading along a hallway and in a moment the walls all of the sudden start closing in quickly. You begin to run towards the safety before they close completely, but it just doesn’t appear like you’re going to make it.
