Headaches in any kind are always painful to the sufferer. However, some headaches, such as migraines, for instance, can cause even more problems than just a headache. These problems could be nausea, sensitivity to light and a throbbing pain in the head. Sometimes the headache acts on one side of the head, and other times you can feel the pain on both sides of the head at the same time.

Stress Headaches

I know we all know what stress is like and how we react during a stressful time. Some people can work very well with the pressures that obstacles bring with them. Other people are overwhelmed by the tremendous strain that they are experiencing. In many people this pressure manifests itself as stress headaches.

Headache Treatments

When people get a headache they usually start searching for some treatment that can stop their headache from becoming any worse. As there are so many different types of headache treatment to choose from, people need to think about what they want the medicine to accomplish.

Everyone experiences some level of anger at some point or another that may make them feel as though they may lose it and strike out. Sometimes the pain that you have had for awhile may cause this extreme emotion while sometimes the rage may be spontaneous. When things get so bad that you feel like hurting someone or yourself, then it is time to check about attending an anger management course.
